You’ve Already Started

If you watched this live, you’ve already proved something important:

Great bread doesn’t need complexity, expensive equipment, or years of experience.

These air fryer rolls are designed to remove friction—simple ingredients, quick method, reliable results.

Now let’s build on that.

Air Fryer Bread Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500g strong white bread flour
  • 7g instant yeast
  • 10g salt
  • 320ml warm water
  • 15ml olive oil (optional)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients into a rough dough.
  2. Knead briefly (or use a low-knead method) until smooth.
  3. Cover and leave to rise for 60–90 minutes until doubled.
  4. Divide into 6–8 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
  5. Leave to prove for 30–45 minutes.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  7. Bake for 10–14 minutes until golden brown.

Troubleshooting

If your rolls didn’t turn out as expected:

  • Dense → likely underproofed
  • Pale → temperature too low
  • Dry → overbaked or low hydration

Air Fryer Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket
  • Check early—air fryers vary
  • For softer rolls, cover loosely for the first few minutes

The recipe is the starting point. The real shift happens when you understand dough.

In my hands-on bread experiences, you’ll learn:

  • How dough really works (so you can adapt any recipe)
  • How to shape rolls, pizza, and flatbreads with confidence
  • How to get consistent results at home

This is about moving from following steps → to actually knowing what you’re doing.
